A look at the app
Payment
Prices are in Saudi riyals and shown before you confirm. Card payment (mada, Visa, Mastercard) is being activated through a licensed Saudi payment provider; Cliniqo never receives or stores your card details. Until activation completes, the visit is paid at the facility.
Cancellation & refunds
You can cancel an appointment from inside the app any time before the visit is completed. Cancelling a paid appointment refunds the full amount to the original payment method, with no fee from Cliniqo.
