Tier 1: a simplified invoice with a QR code. Tiers 2 and 3: the system signs each invoice and sends it to ZATCA, built to Phase 2 requirements.
If ZATCA has notified your business of its Phase 2 integration date, choose Tier 2 or 3: Tier 1 never connects to a server and does not sign invoices.
Not registered for VAT? The receipt prints with no tax and no QR code.
Questions from shop owners
Does the till work when the internet drops?
Yes. Selling, printing and stock work offline. On Tiers 2 and 3, sales reach the dashboard when the connection returns.
What devices does it run on?
Windows touch-screen devices. On Tiers 2 and 3, the dashboard opens in a browser on a computer or phone.
Does it connect to a scale?
No. The cashier types the weight on the screen, to the gram, and the system works out the price.
Can customers pay in instalments?
Yes, with Tabby and Tamara on Tier 3, through your shop's own merchant accounts.
Does it support Phase 2 e-invoicing?
On Tiers 2 and 3, built to Phase 2 requirements. Tier 1 issues a simplified invoice with a QR code.
