Who we are

This website is run by fikratak bro Establishment (FekirTech). Commercial registration 7051207913, VAT number 311825172800003.

What this page covers

It covers fekirtech.com and our product pages on it. It does not cover the data inside our systems once you subscribe: each system's agreement and policy govern that.

What we collect

• What you type in the form: what you need, your name, your mobile number and how you prefer to be contacted, plus your note and email if you give them.
• Technical data sent with the form: your IP address, browser and device type, the page you sent it from, and the site language.
• Where your visit came from: the ad or link that brought you, that is the campaign tags in the link (UTM), ad platforms' click identifiers such as Google's gclid and Meta's fbclid, and the page you came from.
• WhatsApp clicks: when you tap a WhatsApp button, we log the click with the page, the time and the source of your visit. We add a short reference code to your message; you may delete it.
• Measurement and ads: we use Google Analytics and the Meta pixel. They collect the pages you visit, your device and browser type and your approximate location, and record events such as sending the form or tapping WhatsApp. They use cookies.
• WhatsApp messages: if you message us, we see your number and your message. WhatsApp's own policy also applies to the conversation.

Why we collect it

• To reply to your request and send you a quote.
• To learn which ads and links bring requests, so we spend on what works.
• To protect the site from spam and abuse.

We send you marketing messages only with your consent.

Who we share it with

• The service providers that run the site: hosting, database and email. They process data on our behalf only.
• Google and Meta, through the measurement tools on the site.
• We may send Google and Meta your mobile number or email in hashed form, only to measure ad results. We never send your note.
• Public authorities, when the law requires it.

We do not sell your data.

Processing outside the Kingdom

Some data is stored and processed outside Saudi Arabia, by our hosting provider, Google and Meta.

How long we keep it

• Form requests: kept while we need them to answer and follow up your request, and deleted when you ask.
• If you become a customer, we keep what the contract and invoices need for as long as the law requires.
• WhatsApp click log: kept to measure our ads; we delete your part of it when you ask.
• Visit source stored in your browser: not used after 90 days.
• Google Analytics data: under our Google Analytics retention setting and Google's policy.
• Meta pixel data: under Meta's policy.

Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Law you may:

• know what we hold about you, and get a copy;
• ask us to correct it;
• ask us to delete it;
• withdraw your consent at any time.

Write to us by email or WhatsApp, and we will reply within 30 days. You may also complain to the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA).

Cookies

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. The site works without them.

Security

Your data travels over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Only the people who answer your request can see it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we update this page and its date.
