Is your institute's platform connected to FutureX?
From May 2026, you get an e-learning programme licence after completing the technical integration requirements with FutureX. FekirLearn sends your trainees' activity to FutureX automatically.

How you sell your courses on the platform
From the first visit to a programme page to the first lesson, without the trainee having to call you.
The programme page
Every programme has a public page in your institute's name. It has the description, and a free trial lesson anyone interested can watch.
The application and your approval
The interested person applies from the same page. Applications reach you in one list, and you approve or decline them.
Paying online
Once you approve, the trainee pays the fees by mada or credit card. If they pay in cash or by transfer, you enter the payment yourself.
Enrolment
The content opens for the trainee as soon as they pay, and they start their lessons from their account.
Their enrolment reaches FutureX
Fee statements
You issue numbered fee statements, and see who has paid and who is late on one screen. The trainee sees their payments in their account.
Enrolment reaches FutureX once the NELC connection is switched on for your institute.
Why the FutureX connection matters to you
On 25 March 2026, the National eLearning Center announced a new way to license programmes. From May 2026, the e-learning programme licence is issued by the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation. It is issued once the provider completes the technical integration requirements with FutureX.

The sales board
Log every enquiry with the person's name, number and the programme they asked about. See how many enquiries ended in enrolment and how many were lost.
Lessons
Build the curriculum once, and copy it for every new intake. Each lesson opens on its date, and you know who watched the video to the end.
Exams
The result appears on submission, and the trainer marks only the essay questions.
Live quizzes
The trainer launches the quiz in the room, and trainees join with a code. Anyone who missed it can take it alone, once.
Exam proctoring
On a computer, the exam keeps the trainee in full screen and logs every exit from it. It detects tab switching, copying and pasting.
Certificates
A certificate is issued once its requirements are complete, on a template with your institute's identity. An employer scans its QR code to verify it.
Diplomas and short courses
A diploma with its subjects and semesters, a short course with its simple path. You split a course into sections, each with a trainer and a timetable.
Assignments and grades
The platform compares a written assignment with your institute's earlier submissions, and shows what matches. It works out the final grade by one rule for every trainee.
In your institute's name
The platform shows your institute's name, logo and colours, on a subdomain of fekirlearn.com. In Arabic and English, on the same account.
Reports
Ready-made reports you export to Excel and PDF. And a report that flags trainees at risk of dropping out.
Your team
A trainer sees only their own sections and trainees, and management sees the whole institute.
Data protection
Each institute's data is isolated within the database itself. The platform has explicit consent, data export and account deletion.

Do trainees pay the fees online?

How does the platform relate to the National eLearning Center?
The platform is integrated with the center through the xAPI standard. It sends your trainees' activity to FutureX automatically, as eight types of activity. In the connection console, you see what arrived and what did not.
Does the platform give us the programme licence?
No. The programme licence is issued by the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation. It is issued once the provider completes the technical integration requirements with FutureX, as NELC announced. Our platform sends your trainees' activity to FutureX in the xAPI standard.
How do you protect our trainees' data?
Each institute's data is isolated within the database itself. Nobody can open trainee files from a direct link. The platform has tools for the Personal Data Protection Law: consent, export and deletion. And a log keeps the administrative actions and who carried them out.
