These terms govern your use of fekirtech.com and of the internal publishing tool we use to connect our own TikTok accounts.

Who we are

This website is run by fikratak bro Establishment (FekirTech). Commercial registration 7051207913, VAT number 311825172800003.

What these terms cover

They cover the use of fekirtech.com and its pages.

They also cover FekirTech, our internal tool that uploads FekirTech's videos to FekirTech's own TikTok accounts.

They do not cover subscriptions to our systems. Those are governed by the quotation or contract signed with each client.

Using the website

  • The information on the site introduces our systems and services.
  • Prices and features shown may change. What binds us is the written quotation or the contract.
  • Do not use the site in a way that harms or disrupts it, and do not send another person's details through its forms without their permission.

The TikTok publishing tool

  • An internal tool used only by the FekirTech team. No one outside it can sign up.
  • It uploads FekirTech's videos to FekirTech's own TikTok accounts as drafts; the account owner then posts them from the TikTok app.
  • It uses TikTok's official services (Login Kit and the Content Posting API), and its use is also subject to TikTok's terms.
  • Any account can be disconnected at any time from TikTok's settings.

The privacy policy explains what the tool reads from TikTok and how we keep it.

Intellectual property

The content of the site, its text, images, videos and logos, belongs to FekirTech. It may not be copied or republished without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

We take care that the information on the site is accurate, but we do not guarantee it is free of errors. We are not liable for any indirect loss arising from the use of the site, to the extent the law allows.

The site links to WhatsApp, social platforms and other sites. Each has its own terms and policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Changes

If we change these terms, we update this page and its date.
