نردّ عادةً خلال يوم عمل واحد. لتسريع المعالجة أرفق نوع الجهاز وإصدار النظام ووصفاً لما حدث ولقطة شاشة إن أمكن.

مشكلات شائعة

لا تظهر المستشفيات أو تفشل عملية الدخول: غالباً مشكلة اتصال بالخادم أثناء مرحلة الاختبار. تأكّد من اتصالك بالإنترنت ثم أعد المحاولة، وإن استمرّت فأبلغنا.
لم يصلني إشعار بالموعد: تأكّد من تفعيل الإشعارات للتطبيق في إعدادات الجهاز.
الخريطة لا تعرض موقعي: إذن الموقع اختياري. إن رفضته تعمل الخريطة على موقع افتراضي وتبقى بقية الميزات كما هي.
نسيت كلمة المرور: استخدم خيار استعادة كلمة المرور في شاشة الدخول، أو راسلنا.

Cliniqo is a medical appointment booking app. It is currently in closed testing. If you hit a problem during testing, contact us directly.

We usually reply within one business day. To speed things up, include your device model, OS version, a description of what happened, and a screenshot if you can.

Common issues

Hospitals do not load, or sign-in fails: usually a server connectivity problem during the testing phase. Check your internet connection and retry, and tell us if it persists.
No appointment notification: check that notifications are enabled for the app in your device settings.
The map does not show my location: location permission is optional. If you decline it the map opens on a default position and every other feature works normally.
Forgot your password: use the password reset option on the sign-in screen, or write to us.
