Terms of Service — Cliniqo

باستخدامك تطبيق كلينيكو فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. التطبيق حالياً في مرحلة اختبار مغلق ولم يُطرح للعموم بعد.
١. دور كلينيكو
كلينيكو منصة وسيطة تتيح لك البحث عن المنشآت الصحية وحجز موعد لديها ودفع قيمته. كلينيكو ليست منشأة صحية ولا تقدّم أي خدمة طبية ولا استشارة طبية.
الخدمة الطبية نفسها يقدّمها المستشفى أو المجمع أو العيادة التي تختارها، وهي وحدها المسؤولة عنها وعن ترخيصها وعن كفاءة كوادرها وعن نتائج العلاج. أي شكوى تتعلق بالرعاية الطبية تُوجَّه إلى المنشأة، وإلى الجهة الصحية المختصة عند الاقتضاء.
التطبيق ليس بديلاً عن الطوارئ. في الحالات الطارئة اتصل بالإسعاف على ٩٩٧ أو توجّه إلى أقرب قسم طوارئ.
٢. الحساب
- يجب أن يكون عمرك ١٨ سنة فأكثر لإنشاء حساب
- أنت مسؤول عن صحة البيانات التي تُدخلها وعن سرّية كلمة المرور
- لا يجوز إنشاء حساب بهوية شخص آخر أو الحجز نيابةً عنه دون تفويضه
- يمكننا إيقاف الحساب عند مخالفة هذه الشروط أو الاشتباه في إساءة الاستخدام
٣. الحجز والدفع
- المواعيد المعروضة تعتمد على ما تُتيحه المنشأة، وقد تتغيّر أو تُلغى من طرفها
- الأسعار بالريال السعودي، وتشمل ما تعلنه المنشأة
- يُنفَّذ الدفع عبر مزوّد دفع مرخّص داخل المملكة، ولا يستقبل كلينيكو بيانات بطاقتك
- تحصل كلينيكو على عمولة من قيمة الموعد المدفوع، وتُحوَّل بقية القيمة إلى المنشأة
٤. الإلغاء والاسترداد
يمكنك إلغاء الموعد من داخل التطبيق. عند إلغاء موعد مدفوع يُستَرَد المبلغ عبر مزوّد الدفع إلى الوسيلة التي دفعت بها. قد تستغرق مدة وصول المبلغ إلى حسابك أياماً بحسب البنك أو مصدر البطاقة.
قد تضع المنشأة سياسة خاصة بالتأخّر عن الموعد أو عدم الحضور، وتُعرَض عليك قبل تأكيد الحجز عند وجودها.
٥. التقييمات
التقييم متاح فقط لمن أتمّ زيارة فعلية، وذلك حتى تبقى التقييمات موثوقة. يجب أن يكون التقييم عن تجربتك أنت، وألّا يتضمّن بيانات شخصية لأي شخص آخر أو تفاصيل طبية عن غيرك أو ألفاظاً مسيئة. يجوز لنا إزالة أي تقييم يخالف ذلك.
٦. حدود المسؤولية
تقتصر مسؤولية كلينيكو على الخدمة التي تقدّمها فعلاً، وهي إتاحة الحجز وتنفيذ الدفع. لا تتحمّل كلينيكو مسؤولية التشخيص أو العلاج أو نتائجه، ولا مسؤولية إلغاء المنشأة للموعد أو تغييرها له.
٧. النظام الواجب التطبيق
تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، وتختص الجهات القضائية السعودية بالنظر في أي نزاع ينشأ عنها.

By using the Cliniqo app you agree to these terms. The app is currently in closed testing and has not been released publicly.
1. What Cliniqo is
Cliniqo is an intermediary platform that lets you find healthcare facilities, book an appointment and pay for it. Cliniqo is not a healthcare facility and provides no medical service or medical advice.
The medical service itself is delivered by the hospital, complex or clinic you choose. That facility alone is responsible for it, for its licensing, for the competence of its staff and for treatment outcomes. Any complaint about medical care should be directed to the facility, and to the competent health authority where appropriate.
The app is not a substitute for emergency services. In an emergency call 997 or go to the nearest emergency department.
2. Your account
- You must be 18 or older to create an account
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for keeping your password confidential
- You may not create an account using another person's identity, or book on their behalf without their authorisation
- We may suspend an account that breaches these terms or that we suspect of abuse
3. Booking and payment
- Available slots depend on what the facility publishes, and the facility may change or cancel them
- Prices are in Saudi Riyals and cover what the facility states
- Payment is processed by a payment provider licensed inside the Kingdom; Cliniqo never receives your card details
- Cliniqo takes a commission from the paid appointment value, and the remainder is settled to the facility
4. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel an appointment from inside the app. When a paid appointment is cancelled, the amount is refunded through the payment provider to the method you paid with. The time for the money to reach your account depends on your bank or card issuer and may take several days.
A facility may set its own policy for late arrival or no-show. Where one exists it is shown to you before you confirm the booking.
5. Reviews
Reviews are available only to users who completed an actual visit, so that ratings stay trustworthy. A review must describe your own experience, and must not contain another person's personal data, medical details about anyone else, or abusive language. We may remove any review that breaches this.
6. Limitation of liability
Cliniqo's liability is limited to the service it actually provides, which is enabling the booking and processing the payment. Cliniqo is not liable for diagnosis, treatment or its outcomes, nor for a facility cancelling or changing an appointment.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and Saudi judicial authorities have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
