توضّح هذه الصفحة كيفية طلب حذف حسابك في تطبيق كلينيكو (مُعرّف التطبيق sa.cliniqo.app) وحذف بياناتك الشخصية. يمكنك تقديم الطلب من داخل التطبيق أو بالبريد الإلكتروني، دون الحاجة إلى تثبيت التطبيق.
كيف تطلب الحذف
أرسل رسالة إلى adnan@fekirtech.com بعنوان «طلب حذف حساب كلينيكو»، متضمّنة البريد الإلكتروني المسجّل في حسابك. قد نطلب منك إثبات ملكية الحساب قبل التنفيذ، حمايةً لك من أن يحذف شخص آخر بياناتك.
ويمكنك أيضاً بدء الطلب من داخل التطبيق: حسابي ثم حقوقك في بياناتك ثم تواصل مع مسؤول حماية البيانات، وهو زر يفتح رسالة بريد جاهزة. لا يلزم تثبيت التطبيق لتقديم الطلب، فالبريد أعلاه كافٍ.
ما الذي يُحذف
- حسابك وبيانات الدخول الخاصة بك
- اسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني ورقم جوالك ورقم هويتك
- قائمة المفضّلة لديك
- رمز الإشعارات الخاص بجهازك
- جميع الجلسات النشطة
ما الذي يبقى، ولماذا
بعض السجلّات يوجب النظام الاحتفاظ بها. هذه لا تُحذف فوراً، لكن تُزال منها البيانات التي تدلّ عليك، فيبقى السجل غير مُعرِّف بك:
- المواعيد: ٧ سنوات، للاحتفاظ بالسجلات الصحية والربط المالي
- المدفوعات والفواتير: ١٠ سنوات، بموجب الأنظمة المالية والضريبية
- سجلّ الموافقات: ١٠ سنوات، لإثبات الأساس النظامي للمعالجة
- سجلّات التدقيق: ١٠ سنوات، لأغراض الأمن والمساءلة
إذا كان حسابك خاضعاً لحجز نظامي بسبب نزاع قائم أو مطالبة، يُؤجَّل الحذف حتى انتهاء ذلك، ونُبلغك بالسبب.
المدة الزمنية
نستلم طلبك ونؤكّده، وننفّذه خلال ٣٠ يوماً كحد أقصى. في الحالات المعقّدة قد تُمدَّد المدة ٣٠ يوماً إضافية مرة واحدة، ونُشعرك بذلك قبل انتهاء المدة الأولى. للاطّلاع على تفاصيل ما نجمعه ولماذا راجع سياسة الخصوصية.
This page explains how to request deletion of your Cliniqo account (app ID sa.cliniqo.app) and your personal data. You can submit the request from inside the app or by email, with no need to install the app.
How to request deletion
Send an email to adnan@fekirtech.com with the subject “Cliniqo account deletion request”, including the email address registered on your account. We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before acting, to protect you from someone else deleting your data.
You can also start the request from inside the app: My account → Your data rights → Contact the Data Protection Officer, a button that opens a pre-filled email. Installing the app is not required, the address above is sufficient.
What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in credentials
- Your name, email address, mobile number and national ID
- Your favourites list
- Your device notification token
- All active sessions
What is retained, and why
Some records must be retained by law. These are not deleted immediately, but the data that identifies you is stripped out, leaving a record that no longer identifies you:
- Appointments: 7 years, for health record and financial linkage
- Payments and invoices: 10 years, under financial and tax law
- Consent records: 10 years, as proof of lawful basis
- Audit logs: 10 years, for security and accountability
If your account is under a legal hold because of an open dispute or claim, deletion is deferred until that ends, and we tell you why.
Timeline
We acknowledge your request and complete it within 30 days at most. In complex cases the period may be extended once by a further 30 days, and we notify you before the first period ends. For details of what we collect and why, see the privacy policy.
