Everything in Lamsatech, feature by feature.

Thirty-six features, all working in the system today, in eight sections. Nothing still in development is listed here.

A salon retail shelf: amber bottles and cream jars on terrazzo against a plum wall.

Selling at the till

7 features

  • An iPad till for booked and walk-in clients

One device at reception handles services, products and payment, and a walk-in is billed on the spot.

  • Split payment across cash and card

One invoice, paid partly in cash and partly by card.

  • Full or line-by-line refunds

Refund a single line by quantity, and its stock and consumables come back with it.

  • Receipts on a network thermal printer

Print the client's receipt from the iPad on a network thermal printer.

  • Packages: services and products at one price

Put services and products together at one price, a bridal package for example, and sell it at the till like any single service.

  • Discounts and offers with enforced caps

Set a ceiling for each discount, as an amount or a percentage, and the system refuses anything above it.

  • Invoice history and search

Find any past invoice by search, reprint it from the iPad, or refund a line from it.

Appointments and booking

3 features

  • A daily and weekly calendar for each stylist

Follows every appointment from booked to checked in, in progress and invoiced, so you know where each client is and who is available.

  • No double bookings

The same slot can never be booked twice for the same stylist, even if an online and a front-desk booking land at the same instant.

  • An online booking site under your salon's name

A link for your Instagram bio: clients book themselves at any hour, and the booking lands in the dashboard and iPad calendars.

Team and commissions

3 features

  • A weekly working schedule for each stylist

Set each stylist's days and hours, and the open slots offered for booking stay inside them.

  • Team commissions calculated automatically

Every invoice books its own commission on the spot, so month end brings no arguments.

  • Approve and record each stylist's payout in one batch

From each stylist's commission window on the dashboard, approve her commissions and mark them paid in one batch; only an admin can approve or pay. The system records the payout; the money itself moves however you already pay.

Clients and loyalty

5 features

  • Client profiles and visit history

You know her last service and everything she has spent with you since her first visit.

  • Loyalty points and rewards

A points and rewards programme for your clients, inside the same system.

  • Membership tiers you define

Create the tiers and the points threshold for each, and a client moves up automatically when she reaches it.

  • A digital stamp card

Instead of a paper card she loses, the card is on her phone and is stamped with a QR scan.

  • The card lives in Apple Wallet

She adds her stamp card to Apple Wallet, so it sits among the cards on her phone, where she sees it every day.

Stock

5 features

  • Retail products with the service, stocked per branch

Shampoo and creams sell on the same invoice and come off that branch's own stock.

  • Consumables deducted automatically per service

Every colour service deducts its own quantity, so you finally know where the stock went.

  • Reorder alerts before you run out

You do not discover the colour has run out with a client already in the chair.

  • Stock counts and waste logging

The gap between the books and the shelf shows up with a name and a date, not as a guess at year end.

  • Stock transfers between branches

Move items from one branch to another, and the receiving branch books them in.

Purchasing and suppliers

2 features

  • Suppliers and their price history

You can see who raised their price on you, and when.

  • Purchase orders and goods receipts that update cost

Product cost updates itself on every receipt, so your margin is real, not guessed.

E-invoicing (ZATCA)

3 features

  • Invoicing built on the Phase 2 requirements

The iPad signs every invoice and reports it to ZATCA right after payment, and the private key never leaves the device.

  • Step-by-step ZATCA onboarding on the iPad

Connect the device to ZATCA yourself in minutes, with no developer and no accounting office.

  • An invoice monitor with resend

See any invoice that did not reach ZATCA and resend it with one tap, before it becomes a penalty.

Running the salon

8 features

  • Shifts and drawer close with a Z report

See what should be in the drawer against what is, and whose shift it was.

  • Today's dashboard

Open it on your phone for today's sales, payment mix, top services and today's appointments, instead of adding it up at night.

  • Ten reports

Sales, payments, services, staff, clients, appointments, loyalty, commissions, shifts and the day summary.

  • Report export to Excel and CSV

Download the report and send it to your accountant instead of having it retyped.

  • Service profitability and stock consumption reports

Learn which service actually makes money after products and commission.

  • Several branches from one dashboard

Run all your branches from a single dashboard.

  • PIN sign-in, role permissions and device control

Each stylist signs in with her own PIN and sees only what is hers, and you can switch off any device from the dashboard.

  • A full right-to-left Arabic interface, with English

Your team works in Arabic instead of decoding English menus.
