١. من يستعمله

هذا البرنامج أداة داخلية لمكتب المحامي نايف بن فيصل البصيص، ومقصور عليه وعلى من يأذن له. ليس خدمة عامة ولا يُتاح للتسجيل.

٢. ما لا يُغني عنه

البرنامج يعين على التنظيم ولا يحلّ محلّ رأي المحامي. وما يعرضه من نصوص أنظمة أو مواعيد أو مهل يراجعه المحامي في مصدره قبل الاعتماد عليه، وتبقى المسؤولية عن كل عمل نظامي عليه وحده.

٣. المواعيد والجلسات

قيد الجلسة في التقويم تذكيرٌ لا إثبات. ولا يُغني عن متابعة الجلسة من مصدرها الرسمي لدى الوزارة. وإن تعذّر على البرنامج قراءة إشعار أو تبيّن تاريخه فإنه يقول ذلك ولا يقدّر تاريخاً من عنده.

٤. نصوص الأنظمة

النصوص المحفوظة منقولة عن مصادرها الرسمية، وقد يقع في النقل خلل. والمواد التي عُلم أن نسختنا منها مصابة بخلل تُعلَّم بذلك ولا يصحّ الاستشهاد بها حتى تُراجع في مصدرها.

٥. الانقطاع

قد ينقطع ربط التقويم لأسباب خارجة عن البرنامج، كسحب الإذن أو انتهاء صلاحيته. والبرنامج يذكر متى وصل آخر إشعار، ولا يدّعي أن الربط سليم؛ فمتابعة الرسائل من الوزارة تبقى على المحامي.

1. Who may use it

This software is an internal tool for the law office of Naif bin Faisal Albussais, restricted to the office and those it authorises. It is not a public service and has no sign-up.

2. What it does not replace

The software helps with organisation; it does not replace the lawyer's judgement. Statutory texts, hearings and deadlines it presents are to be checked against their source before being relied on, and responsibility for every legal act remains his.

3. Hearings and dates

A hearing in the calendar is a reminder, not a record. It does not replace following the case through the Ministry's own channels. Where the software cannot read a notice or determine its date, it says so rather than estimating one.

4. Statutory texts

Stored texts are transcribed from official sources and transcription can go wrong. Articles whose copy is known to be damaged are marked as such and must not be quoted until checked against their source.

5. Interruption

The calendar link may break for reasons outside the software, such as access being revoked or expiring. The software reports when the last notice arrived and never claims the link is healthy; watching for the Ministry's messages remains the lawyer's responsibility.

6. Changes

These terms may change; the date below the title records the last update.
