١. ما هذا البرنامج
«مكتب البصيص» برنامج داخلي يستعمله مكتب المحامي نايف بن فيصل البصيص في تنظيم القضايا والمواعيد والمهل النظامية. ليس خدمة عامة ولا يُطرح للتسجيل، وتُشغّله شركة فكر تك لصالح المكتب. للتواصل بشأن الخصوصية: adnan@fekirtech.com.

٢. ما يصل إليه من حساب Google
يطلب البرنامج إذناً واحداً لا غير، هو نطاق التقويم: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar. ولا يطلب البريد ولا جهات الاتصال ولا الملفات ولا أي نطاق آخر.
وبهذا الإذن يفعل شيئين اثنين:
- يقرأ مواعيد التقويم ليعرض على المحامي جدول يومه، وليتبيّن ما إذا كانت الجلسة مقيّدة عنده من قبل فلا تُقيَّد مرتين.
- يضيف مواعيد الجلسات ويعدّلها حين يصل إشعار من وزارة العدل بجلسة أو بتغيير موعدها، ليصله التنبيه في وقته.
٣. أين تُحفظ البيانات
على جهاز المحامي نفسه. ملفات القضايا ووقائعها ومواعيدها وأسماء الأطراف كلها ملفات عادية في مجلد على حاسبه، يفتحها ويقرؤها ويحذفها متى شاء من غير هذا البرنامج.
ولا يوجد لدينا خادم تصل إليه هذه الملفات. البرنامج يعمل على جهازه وحده، فليس ثمة قاعدة بيانات عندنا ولا نسخة احتياطية لدينا ولا حساب على خدمة نديرها.
٤. ما لا نفعله
- لا تُباع بيانات التقويم ولا ملفات القضايا، ولا تُشارَك مع أحد.
- لا تُستعمل في إعلان ولا في تحليلات، ولا في تدريب نماذج ذكاء اصطناعي.
- لا يطّلع عليها أحد من فكر تك؛ نحن لا نملك سبيلاً إليها أصلاً.
٥. من تصل إليه البيانات من غيرنا
يعمل البرنامج على نماذج Anthropic (Claude). فما يُرسل إليها من نصّ سؤال أو ملف يخضع لشروط Anthropic. ويبقى على المحامي أن يتحرّى ما يعرضه على البرنامج، فما لم يُعرض عليه لا يغادر الجهاز.
٦. التحقق من وجود نسخة أحدث
يسأل البرنامج مرة في اليوم خادم GitHub عمّا إذا صدرت نسخة أحدث منه، فإن وجدت نزّلها ونصّبها من غير أن يُطلب إليه شيء. وهذا هو الاتصال الوحيد الذي يبدؤه البرنامج من تلقاء نفسه.
ولا يُرسل في هذا السؤال شيء عن القضايا ولا عن المواعيد ولا عن الأسماء. وهو طلب تنزيل كسائر ما يُنزَّل، يبلغ GitHub منه عنوانُ الإنترنت الذي جاء منه، كما يبلغه من كل من زار موقعاً على شبكته.
٧. سحب الإذن
في أي وقت، من صفحة أذونات حساب Google. وينقطع وصول البرنامج إلى التقويم في حينه، وتبقى ملفات القضايا على الجهاز كما هي.
٨. حذف البيانات
ما على الجهاز يُحذف بحذف مجلد المكتب منه. وما أُضيف إلى التقويم يُحذف من التقويم نفسه. وليس لدينا ما نحذفه نيابةً عن أحد.
٩. تغيير هذه الوثيقة
إن تغيّرت، تغيّر معها رقم الإصدار أعلاه وتاريخ التحديث أسفل العنوان.

Albussais Office is internal software used by the law office of Naif bin Faisal Albussais to manage cases, hearings and statutory deadlines. It is not a public service and has no sign-up. It is operated by FekirTech on the office's behalf. Privacy contact: adnan@fekirtech.com.

2. What it accesses in your Google account
One scope and no other: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar. It does not request mail, contacts, files, or any further scope.
With it, the software does two things:
- Reads calendar events to show the lawyer his day, and to check whether a hearing is already in his calendar so it is not entered twice.
- Creates and updates hearing events when a notice arrives from the Ministry of Justice announcing a hearing or moving one, so that he is reminded in time.
3. Where data is stored
On the lawyer's own machine. Case files, their facts, deadlines and party names are ordinary files in a folder on his computer, which he can open, read and delete without this software.
There is no server of ours for them to reach. The software runs on his machine alone: no database on our side, no backup held by us, no account on a service we operate.
4. What we do not do
- Calendar data and case files are never sold or shared with anyone.
- They are not used for advertising, analytics, or to train AI models.
- Nobody at FekirTech reads them; we have no route to them in the first place.
5. Who else data reaches
The software runs on Anthropic's models (Claude). Text a question or a file sends to them is governed by Anthropic's terms. What the lawyer does not put in front of the software never leaves his machine.
6. Checking for a newer version
Once a day the software asks GitHub whether a newer version of itself has been released, and installs one if it has, without being asked. This is the only connection the software opens on its own initiative.
That request carries nothing about cases, hearings or names. It is an ordinary download, so GitHub sees the internet address it came from, as it does for anyone who visits anything it hosts.
7. Revoking access
At any time, from your Google account permissions. Access to the calendar stops immediately; case files on the machine are unaffected.
8. Deleting data
What is on the machine is deleted by deleting the office folder. What was added to the calendar is deleted from the calendar. We hold nothing to delete on anyone's behalf.
9. Changes to this document
If it changes, the version number above and the date below the title change with it.
