تطبيق شاورمتي («التطبيق») هو تطبيق طلب طعام للعملاء، تشغّله شركة فكرتك («نحن») لصالح مطعم ليالي شاورمتي في المملكة العربية السعودية. توضّح هذه السياسة البيانات التي يجمعها التطبيق فعلياً، وسبب جمعها، وكيف يمكنك التحكم بها.
١. لا يوجد حساب ولا تسجيل دخول
التطبيق لا ينشئ حسابات. لا يوجد تسجيل دخول ولا كلمة مرور ولا ملف شخصي. تُدخل بياناتك عند إتمام كل طلب فقط، ولا نحتفظ بملف عضوية لك.
٢. البيانات التي نجمعها
نجمع فقط ما يلزم لتحضير طلبك وتسليمه:
- الاسم الكامل — مطلوب عند إتمام الطلب، لينادى عليك عند الاستلام.
- رقم الجوال — مطلوب، ليتواصل معك المطعم أو المندوب بشأن الطلب.
- البريد الإلكتروني — اختياري، يمكنك ترك الحقل فارغاً وإتمام الطلب.
- موقع التوصيل — إحداثيات الدبوس الذي تحدده على الخريطة، إضافة إلى ملاحظة اختيارية (رقم المبنى أو الدور). تُجمع فقط عند اختيار التوصيل، ولا تُطلب في طلبات الاستلام.
- محتويات الطلب — الأصناف والكميات والمبلغ والفرع الذي اخترته.
- معرّف جهاز عشوائي — رقم عشوائي يُنشأ داخل التطبيق عند أول تشغيل، لربط طلباتك بجهازك ومنع الطلبات المكررة. لا يكشف هويتك، ويُحذف نهائياً عند حذف التطبيق.
- عنوان الـ IP — يسجّله الخادم مع كل طلب للحماية من إساءة الاستخدام.
٣. الموقع الجغرافي
يطلب التطبيق إذن الموقع الدقيق فقط عند فتح شاشة تحديد عنوان التوصيل، ولا يعمل إلا والتطبيق مفتوح أمامك. لا نتتبّع موقعك في الخلفية، ولا نجمع أي بيانات موقع بعد إغلاق الشاشة. يمكنك رفض الإذن ومواصلة الطلب عبر الاستلام من الفرع.
٤. ما لا نجمعه
- لا نجمع بيانات بطاقات الدفع. الدفع يتم عند الاستلام أو التسليم فقط.
- لا يوجد في التطبيق أي أدوات تحليلات أو إعلانات أو تتبّع أو تقارير أعطال.
- لا نجمع جهات الاتصال ولا الصور ولا الملفات ولا الميكروفون ولا الكاميرا.
- لا نبيع بياناتك لأي جهة، ولا نستخدمها للتسويق.
٥. كيف نستخدم البيانات
نستخدم ما سبق حصراً لاستقبال طلبك وإرساله إلى نقطة البيع في الفرع الذي اخترته، ولتوصيله إلى موقعك، وللتواصل معك بشأنه، ولحفظ سجلات الفواتير كما يقتضي النظام.
٦. المشاركة مع أطراف أخرى
تُرسل بيانات طلبك إلى المطعم صاحب الفرع لتحضيره — وهذا هو الغرض من التطبيق. عدا ذلك لا نشارك بياناتك مع أي طرف ثالث لأغراض تسويقية.
بحكم طبيعة التطبيق التقنية، تتلقى الخدمات التالية عنوان الـ IP الخاص بجهازك:
- OpenStreetMap — لعرض خرائط شاشة التوصيل.
- Google Fonts — لتحميل الخط العربي المستخدم في الواجهة.
لا يُرسل إلى هاتين الخدمتين اسمك ولا رقمك ولا تفاصيل طلبك.
٧. مدة الحفظ
تُحفظ الطلبات كسجلات فواتير للمطعم للمدة التي يفرضها نظام الفوترة والضريبة في المملكة. أما البيانات المخزّنة داخل جهازك (سجل طلباتك والفرع المفضّل) فتُحذف كلياً بمجرد حذف التطبيق.
٨. حقوقك
يمكنك طلب الاطّلاع على بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها بمراسلتنا على adnan@fekirtech.com من البريد نفسه أو مع ذكر رقم الجوال المستخدم في الطلب. نستجيب خلال ٣٠ يوماً. يُستثنى من الحذف ما يلزم الاحتفاظ به كسجل ضريبي.
٩. الأطفال
التطبيق غير موجّه للأطفال دون ١٣ عاماً، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد.

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة عند تغيّر التطبيق. سيظهر تاريخ آخر تحديث أعلى الصفحة، وتسري النسخة المنشورة هنا.

Shawarmaty (the «App») is a customer food-ordering app operated by FekirTech («we») on behalf of Layali Shawarmaty restaurant in Saudi Arabia. This policy describes what the App actually collects, why, and what control you have over it.
1. No account, no sign-in
The App does not create accounts. There is no login, no password, and no profile. You enter your details only when placing an order, and we keep no membership record for you.
2. What we collect
Only what is needed to prepare and deliver your order:
- Full name — required at checkout, so staff can identify your order.
- Mobile number — required, so the restaurant or driver can reach you about the order.
- Email address — optional. You can leave it blank and still order.
- Delivery location — the coordinates of the pin you place on the map, plus an optional note (building or floor). Collected only when you choose delivery; never requested for pickup orders.
- Order contents — items, quantities, total, and the branch you chose.
- A random device identifier — generated inside the App on first launch, used to link your orders to your device and prevent duplicates. It does not identify you personally and is destroyed when you uninstall the App.
- IP address — recorded by our server with each order to prevent abuse.
3. Location
The App requests precise location only when you open the delivery address screen, and only while the App is open in front of you. We do not track your location in the background and collect no location data once that screen is closed. You may decline the permission and still order for pickup.
4. What we do not collect
- No payment card data. Payment is on collection or delivery only.
- No analytics, advertising, tracking, or crash-reporting tools of any kind.
- No contacts, photos, files, microphone, or camera.
- We do not sell your data to anyone, and we do not use it for marketing.
5. How we use it
Solely to receive your order and route it to the point-of-sale at the branch you chose, to deliver it to your location, to contact you about it, and to retain invoice records as the law requires.
6. Sharing
Your order details go to the restaurant operating your chosen branch so it can be prepared — that is the purpose of the App. Beyond that we share nothing with third parties for marketing.
As a technical consequence of how the App works, the following services receive your device IP address:
- OpenStreetMap — to render the map on the delivery screen.
- Google Fonts — to load the Arabic typeface used in the interface.
Neither receives your name, your number, or your order details.
7. Retention
Orders are kept as the restaurant's invoice records for the period required by Saudi invoicing and tax regulations. Data stored on your device (your order history and preferred branch) is erased entirely when you uninstall the App.
8. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by writing to adnan@fekirtech.com from the same email address, or quoting the mobile number used for the order. We respond within 30 days. Records we are legally required to retain for tax purposes are excluded from deletion.
9. Children
The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the App changes. The last-updated date appears at the top of this page, and the version published here is the one that applies.
